Booking and Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment with Stacy Power:

• A 25% deposit is required.
• Your deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
• Your 25% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show up for your appointment.

Additional Guests Policy

We kindly request that you attend your appointment alone. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any additional friends or family members in the waiting area, as it is against our insurance policy. The only exception to this policy is for newborn babies, who are welcome to accompany you. Thank you for your understanding!
